SOUTH-POINT CONSTRUCTORS IS CURRENTLY SEEKING QUALIFICATIONS FROM FIRMS CERTIFIED (OR ELIGIBLE FOR CERTIFICATION) AS DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) BY THE TEXAS UNIFIED CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (TUCP) INTERESTED IN PERFORMING ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ON THE PROJECT

An outreach and information session will be held on March 24, 2022, at 1 pm CDT to provide firms with an overview of the project and environmental engineering scope, and submittal instructions.

Qualifications for environmental engineering services are due April 1, 2022, 4pm CDT. To ensure transparency, and to assist firms in preparing to submit qualifications, please review the qualification submittal instructions below for a link to access scope documents and an overview our evaluation and selection process.

Get Started!

  1. Set up an account in BuildingConnected to access design package documents.
  2. Download and review the Environmental Scope Submittal Instructions.
  3. Complete the Environmental Scope Qualifications Submittal form and upload required supporting documents (qualifications statements, certification documents, etc.) Qualifications Forms should be completed and submitted no later than April 1, 2022, at 4 pm CDT.
    • Please be sure to access the form from a computer (not a mobile device) and plan for approximately 45 minutes to complete. (Note: Partial forms cannot be saved in the system. Please plan to complete submittal in one sitting)
    • Prior to starting the Qualifications Submittal form, please have the following electronic documents/information on hand:
  • DBE Certification documents
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Company brochure, capabilities statement, etc. (Optional)
  • Resumes of key personnel proposed
  • 2 Relevant Project Examples (Project name, brief description, location, scope performed, contract value)
  • Client contact information for project references (name, organization, title, email phone)
